Two of the latest mobile devices is the Apple iPad iPhone 4S and 2 both use IPS screen technology, as companies that IPS is the best technology for their devices. But everything could change next year.
According to unnamed sources in the public release on DigiTimes that Apple, Cupertino giant is looking to use new display technology IGZO (a new oxide materials include Indium, Gallium and zinc (Zn)) for the phone Smart iPhone 5 and iPad 3 in the near future.

Display technology IGZO be manufactured by Sharp. This is technology that allows improved light transmittance in high pixel density while consuming less power than the IPS screen technology. So most likely this will be a perfect choice for screen generation ultra-high resolution of the iPad 3 (2048 x 1536 pixel).
Another report from DigiTimes reveals that, iPad 3 will be equipped with a 14,000 mAh battery (6,900 mAh battery instead of using the iPad 2).
