Samsung Rugby Smart was built by the U.S. military 810F standards for resistance to dust, shock and water resistant.
It has a 3.7 inch AMOLED WVGA Super, 4GB internal memory, a 5 megapixel camera supports 720p video recording capabilities. Devices running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and full support for modern connections.
Rugby Smart has dimensions 122.4 x 65.9 x respectively 12.19 mm, and weighs 119 grams. 1650 mAh battery capacity.
Phone is distributed exclusively through AT & T (USA) in March to $ 100 with two year contract.

According to Samsung, Galaxy S II is the phone model is the growth rate of its most powerful. It only took 3 months to Samsung sold over 5 million and two more months to achieve sales of 10 million.
Meanwhile, the original Samsung Galaxy S has sold 22 million units until now it took seven months to reach 10 million units, more than two months compared to the Galaxy S II.
