Materials
- Banana ripening: first results
- Vietnamese blueberries: 2 cups (can be replaced with strawberry whipped Vietnamese).
- Yogurt: 2 cups
- Honey: 1 / 4 cup
- Millstones: 1 / 2 cup
Preparation
- Bananas peeled, sliced, into a small bag, kept in a refrigerator freezer from 2-24 hours until hardened.
- Take a banana into a blender along with all the remaining ingredients. Blend until very fine.
Decorate
Garnish with 1 / 2 strawberry set on the edge of the cup.
