Therefore it is important that you avoid food stuff with caffeine.•When you have MEAT in any of your meal ensure you do not keep it half cooked. Proper cooking is extremely essential for meat. You pick any kind of meat viz. poultry, pork, beef or seafood.These are few important foods to avoid during pregnancy.
