Control your diet - Your diet plays a crucial rule when it comes to pimples. There are a lot of people that claim that diet doesn’t play a role when it comes to pimples. Actually, it does. Eating the wrong food causes all kinds of imbalances in your body which results in pimples.
    The only way to prevent those imbalances and prevent pimples is by maintaining a well-balanced diet. When I used to suffer from pimples, I used to eat junk foods almost three to four times a week. When I became aware of this fact, I completely cut down on eating junk foods.

    My pimples went away. I do eat junk foods every now and then. But I don’t do it frequently. That’s why I no longer suffer from acne. Even if I do get them, it might be probably just one pimple that will subside in just a day.

    Get solid exercise - Having a stressed out life can cause a lot of imbalances in your body. This in turn leads to pimples. The best way to correct those issues is with proper exercise. A lot of people suffer from pimples due to various hormonal changes in the body. These hormones can be regulated by working out on a consistent and regular basis.

    Without exercise, you can feel lazy and experience a lot of troubles. I’ve always found that taking some time off daily for exercise makes me feel good and helps me stay in control. Always make sure that you get about 30-40 minutes of exercise on a daily basis. Once you workout, wash your face. Maintaining hygiene will help prevent pimple breakouts.

    Water and fruit juices - What you drink also plays a role when it comes to acne. If your body is dehydrated, you might have sudden pimple breakouts. Whenever I drink, I tend to get a few pimples. It’s because my body gets dehydrated when I drink. The best way to correct that is by increasing your intake of water. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. It will help keep your body in balance.
