Thus without an effective administration, an organization would not run professionally and smoothly.

    Who is the trainer?
    The training course will be conducted by   Mr. VETH Sokhim.  Presently, he is the Founder of Friends Help Friends Foundation and also a HR/Administration Manager of Bridges Across Borders Cambodia. Partly, he is a HR/Administration Manager for AI Solution Co., Ltd, working as a part-time job and an Operational Manager for Successful Chicken Farm. From 2006-2009, he was a Human Resources /Administration Manager of Youth Club Friends Help Friends for Development. He has an extensive work experience relates to fields of Administration, Human Resources Management, and Cambodian Labor Law. Additionally, he has more than five-year experience in the positions of administrative assistant and HR administrator. Furthermore, Mr. Sokhim has extensive experience in developing Administration procedures and Human Resources policies for different local, international organizations and private companies. Mr. Sokhim also was well trained about Administration, Human Resources and Cambodian Labor Law by both universities and other several institutions which specialized above mentioned areas.
