Hun Sen warns Cambodian youth against too much joy on Valentine’s Day

    • PHNOM PENH (CEN) - Prime Minister Hun Sen warned youths Tuesday against losing their virginity on Valentine’s Day, saying that Cambodians should show their love every day.

    "Today is Valentine’s Day," he said during an opening ceremony for a new national road. "It’s not the day for going to a hotel. It’s not  Khmer culture, anyway. Love should be expressed 365 days a year."

    He encouraged Cambodian youths to taking love seriously, not only on Valentine’s Day.

    “Love is not only for boyfriends or girlfriends,” he said.
