Course Profile

This two-day supervisor training module for supervisors/managers is designed to help you overcome many of the supervisory problems you will encounter as a supervisor - whether you are a team leader, a project manager or a unit coordinator. Dealing with the many problems a supervisor encounters isn’t easy but it doesn’t have to lead to discouragement.

Trainer Profile:

Mr. Pech Bolene has had 15 years experience in management. He started his management career at a very young age of 17 as a branch manager. From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Bolene managed more than 1,000 employees for one of the biggest educational institutes at that time. Now Mr. Bolene is a very successful entrepreneur, investor, and Chief Executive Officer. He’s currently the Chairman & CEO of Westline Education Group, and an investor in Education, Media, Training and Research companies. He manages and invests in the following schools and companies:

• The Westline School (English Program Training & K-12 Education)
• The Northline School (English Program Training & K-12 Education)
• Educational Development Institute (Training, Business Consulting, Project Development, Recruitment, and Research)
• Baby, Mom, and Kid (BMK) (Product Distributor and Retailer)

• B Solutions (Marketing and Media Consulting)

He’s also a board director of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia and Help Our Homeland Organization. 

Recently, he was rewarded as an outstanding ASEAN-CHINA young entrepreneur 2011. 

Mr. Bolene has worked in the fields of educational management, curriculum development, teacher professional development, and human resource management for 15 years. His areas of expertise are in strategic HR management, organizational behavior, leading with emotional intelligence and leadership. 

He holds bachelor degree in Education, Master degree in Human Resource Management, and EMBA from the UK.

Methodology
The following methods will be used during the course: open discussions, case studies, brainstorming games, group activities and mini-lectures.
