  • PHNOM PENH (Herald) – Cambodian Independent Teachers Association President Rong Chhun appealed to Prime Minister Hun Sen Thursday to intervene to stop the Ministry of Education providing land at Boeung Trabaek High School to the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DCC)

A statement said the deal violated a recent declaration by Hun Sen that government officials should not exchange state buildings.

DCC, affiliated with Yale University, has been investigating the Khmer Rouge genocide since 1995.
