PHNOM PENH (Herald) – Cambodian Independent Teachers Association President Rong Chhun appealed to Prime Minister Hun Sen Thursday to intervene to stop the Ministry of Education providing land at Boeung Trabaek High School to the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DCC)
